Our Fees
Property Purchase
A registration fee of £500 is payable upon instruction, this will be deducted from our success fee.
Search Length: Six months
Success Fee: 1% of the final purchase price
Payable upon legal completion or twenty one days after exchange of contracts, whichever is sooner. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Rental
A registration fee of £250 is payable upon instruction, this will be deducted from our success fee.
Search Length: Six months
Success Fee: One month's rent
Payable upon signing the tenancy agreement.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
