These are the steps:

Once we understand your requirements, our team works tirelessly with estate agents and contacts to identify suitable properties for you. We view all suitable properties and then present our findings to you. We will outline details of the property itself, its location and highlight its beneficial as well as detrimental features to you. We will only show you the properties which we consider are right for you.  

3) We negotiate the purchase and handle the Conveyancing

Once you have decided upon a property, we conduct the negotiations for you, securing the property at the best possible terms.

We can also recommend solicitors to you.  Our property solicitors are then on hand to carry out the conveyancing, in one smooth and seamless process. We will help you through the legal process.
